  • We shall charge the Tenant 5% as agency service charges (Only on the first year)
  • RM services are applicable for 12 months from the date of service contract with us.
  • Minimum agreement for 1 year & can be renewed thereafter.
  • All Expenses or charges towards repairs, maintenance works, govt/authorities are to be borne by the owner
  • We engage only certified professionals on all services / activities
