Serviced Home Management (Commercial Houses)

  • Initial property visit along with owner / representatives
  • Recording “as it is” scenario of the property
  • Advising on all repairs & modifications
  • Booking management
  • Housekeeping
  • On-boarding & off-boarding the guests
  • 20% of Annual booking charges or Minimum charges shall be discussed & agreed upon according to the facilities during the agreement
  • The payment should be paid 100% in advance to start our service
  • SHM services are an annual module, and it can be renewed year on year basis within 30 days of notification
  • Housekeeping shall be done on a daily basis or when needed
  • “Deep-Cleaning service” must opt on half-yearly basis & it needs to be paid separately
  • All repairs & maintenance services are chargeable on as it is basis and supervisory charges are applicable
  • Supervisory charges on Maintenance & repair services will be applied to 20% of the cost / to a minimum lumpsum amount on a man-day basis (whichever is higher)
  • We engage only certified professionals on all services
