SHM services are an annual module, and it can be renewed year on year basis within 30 days of notification
Housekeeping shall be done on a daily basis or when needed
“Deep-Cleaning service” must opt on half-yearly basis & it needs to be paid separately
All repairs & maintenance services are chargeable on as it is basis and supervisory charges are applicable
Supervisory charges on Maintenance & repair services will be applied to 20% of the cost / to a minimum lumpsum amount on a man-day basis (whichever is higher)
